We first encountered the Virginia Lane property in the Spring of 2008. The home was in ill repair and the beautiful acre sized yard very overgrown. Kevin had remodeled the home in 2000 and saw the potential for the "run-down" estate.

Time for a change...

Rugby Drive Home 1995 to present

Over the years Kevin and I have lived in the unique homes he builds for quite a long duration, especially if you take into account that many contractors move their families over and over. After 13 years on Rugby Drive, we have found a treasure in the Virginia Lane area to remodel and make our own. I hope to share our progress with this blog...
